I have to say it has been a pleasure working with Bannister GM to trade in my 2016 dodge ram for a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado!Karan the sales advisor was amazing! He was super kind and professional during the whole exchange. Super polite on the phone, not pushy and refreshingly personable.We made an appt and he was right on schedule, made sure to make us feel seen and heard about our wants/needs and was overall an efficient individual to have in the dealership while looking at vehicles as I felt not one ounce of my time was wasted waiting around for any step of this deal.Brooke the finance manager really tied this impeccable experience all together!She was friendly, honest and really understanding about every aspect of our deal, as sometimes you all know it’s not the easiest to get into a vehicle sometimes. However, against all odds she pulled together an amazing offer and I was able to take a truck home after only a day and a bit.Her communication about what was going on with the deal and what she needed from me was above any other dealership I have dealt with.As long as these two wonderful humans are working at this dealership I will always be back!10/10 recommend!!!

First time here for an oil change. Let me tell you, this place is great. I've been to many dealerships with my Chevy's to get services done and they say "oh yeah have you done in an hour". 4 hours later get a call saying your car's done. This place told me 1 1/2 hours and they were done before that. The service was great and the staff was awesome. Nice a clean place, very organized. I will always bring my car here now. Also I'd like to thank Ken, for his prompt, efficient, and kind service.

Just bought a 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation from Bannister GM in Chilliwack and it was an enjoyable experience. Talia was very helpful and answered all my various questions and helped me find the truck I’ve been searching months for, I wish I had come in sooner. Brooke made the financing portion friendly, quick and painless and I was in and out of there in no time. The sales manager Jimmy worked with me on the deal to get the payments to a comfortable number that would work for me and get me in this truck. Having the insurance agent on site was very convenient, Katie from Hub insurance got me hooked up and out of there in a flash. I’m a very happy customer and will be back again.

I bought a 2021 VW Golf GTI from Jackson at Bannister GM 1.5 weeks ago. The process from beginning to end was nothing but a pleasure. Jackson contacted me in a timely manner after I expressed interest in the vehicle. My husband and I purchased a Chevy Blazer from Bannister GM in Chilliwack on Dec 21. It was kind of a spur of the moment decision. We had been having issues with our vehicle and didn’t seem to be getting any satisfaction from Volkswagon. My husband had seen the advertisement for a Blazer on line. We decided to pop and take a look at it. Wayne Vandenbrink was the salesperson we dealt with. He was awesome and the sales manager Jimmy was excellent. He gave us good value for our trade in and we drove home in the Blazer. So far so good we love the suv. Service was excellent. We definitely recommend Wayne and Jimmy if you are looking for a vehicle. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the Bannister sales staff.

Well I like the customer service wait time. Everyone else like Costco, fountain Tire Simons tire in Mission all had a 3 week wait list to get new tires mounted on. Mertin GM had me in & out in 1 hr & half in this bad snow weather we had in the last 2 weeks.that’s what I call customer service not like Costco, & fountain tire dilli dalling around

Best of the car dealerships we have been to on our car hunt! We had an awesome salesman, Dominic Moore, who went above and beyond to help us look for what we needed. He researched the cars before hand and even tuned the radio to the best station in town so that we could hear the speaker quality.

Sadly they didn't have what we wanted, but if Dominic contacts us with a car that he thinks we would like we would make the trip from Vancouver to go have a look.
After shopping around from out of town at a few dealerships. We reached out for a used unit they had listed. Wayne Vandenbrink was awesome to deal with from the first initial contact all the way to us arriving from out of town to pick up our new to us truck!
