I purchased my 2017 Silverado at Mertin and the service has been very good to date. However, I had an appointment scheduled to take care of an issue that I had foolishly created, but lucky for me the issue resolved itself. Even though Mertin incurred some costs in preparation for the appointment intended to correct what I had screwed up, they very kindly told me not to worry about it. Now that’s after sale service!
